Emily Granholm
Emily brings 15+ years of strategic HR & Global People Ops with her experience spanning across technology, manufacturing, hospitality, federal programs, and high-growth startups. She's an HR tech and AI enthusiast who's led multiple HR System implementations and integrations, always looking for where tech can make people strategy sharper rather than slower.
A focus on Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Networking Analysis, and People Analytics are her core strengths, turning workforce data into decisions leaders can act on. A creator and connector described as a "People Architect" for the way she builds people and businesses up together. Emily's known for not just turning HR systems on, but training teams and driving adoption from the floor to the C-suite.

Jeannie Kidera
Jeannie is a People and Talent Development leader who has spent her career building the systems that make workplaces feel human, employee listening surveys, career pathing frameworks, leadership coaching programs, and compensation philosophies that actually hold up under scrutiny. Her background spans education, finance, media, and B2B SaaS, giving her a rare range most HR leaders never get the chance to build. She holds certifications in People Experience Strategy, Organizational Development Strategy, Employee Experience, and People Analytics, and runs her own consulting practice, Kidera Culture Consulting.

David Bard
David built his HR career on a simple conviction: people are not line items. What started as frustration watching employees treated as numbers in the food service industry turned into a career spent reshaping corporate cultures from the inside out. David has worked across nearly every core discipline in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, and organizational growth, with a knack for spotting the bottleneck no one else sees and fixing it. He is also ahead of the curve on responsibly integrating generative AI into HR practice, using it to sharpen strategy rather than replace judgment.

Halisi Tambuzi, J.D.
Halisi turns legal complexity into clarity for a living. As a workplace investigator, HR strategist, and founder of Workplace Investigators LLC, he has spent over a decade in the trenches of employment law, custom-building more than 800 employee handbooks and fielding thousands of HR and legal questions from organizations trying to get it right. His background includes managing group homes and leading sensitive workplace investigations, work that shaped his reputation for turning fear into focus and setbacks into strategy. Halisi is a dedicated advocate for labor rights, workplace justice, and cultural clarity, and he brings that same clarity to every organization he works with.
