Emily Granholm
Emily is a dynamic senior HR Manager & Global People Ops leader known for scaling and optimizing business strategy. Described as a tech-savvy thought leader and "People Architect", with a refreshing ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and data driven solutions. Emily has a multifaceted background working across a variety of sectors including start-up, technology, non-profit, manufacturing and federal government environments. She's successfully developed diverse teams that optimize organizational growth and profitability, utilizing an analytical approach and leading strategic change initiatives. A leader who coaches at all levels to offer solution-oriented strategies that result in cohesive teams. Driven by data. A professional who leverages people and best practices to align the organization’s needs with the needs of its people.
Emily is passionate about people and putting the Human back in Human Resources.

Jeannie Kidera
With certifications in People Experience Strategy (PCSI), Organizational Development Strategy (PCSI), Employee Experience (HRCI), and People Analytics (HRCI), a history in the education, finance, media, and B2B SaaS worlds, experience building all manners of People & Culture programs (e.g., employee listening surveys, career pathing systems, leadership/manager coaching, performance management, rewards and recognition programs, compensation philosophies, change management strategies, psychological safety training, feedback training, and internal communications), as well as a deep background in L&D alongside top contemporary thought leaders, Jeannie Kidera currently serves as a People and Talent Development Manager and runs her own consulting business, Kidera Culture Consulting (www.kideracultureconsulting.com).

Halisi Tambuzi, J.D.
Halisi is a dedicated advocate for labor and employment rights, justice, and cultural clarity. As workplace investigator, HR strategist, and founder of Workplace Investigators LLC, Halisi brings over a decade of frontline experience in providing HR guidance, general employment law inquiries, and empowering youth Passionate about dismantling confusion surrounding legal protections and promoting human dignity, Halisi has customized over 800 employee handbooks and answered thousands of HR and employment law questions. With a background that includes managing group homes and navigating workplace investigations, Halisi graduated from law school in 2015 and is known for transforming fear into focus and setbacks into strategy, Halisi has a unique ability to create clarity in the chaos with a deep understanding of the legal landscape.
